Every Sunday in June and July…
Keep Filling the Cart!
One of our ongoing missions is to support the Manheim Central Food Pantry.
There are now TWO ways you can help!
KEEP FILLING THE CART! Drop your non-perishable food donation into our grocery cart on Sunday and we’ll deliver it to the pantry. (Can’t make it on a Sunday? There’s a drop box at the entrance by our parking lot.)
DONATE YOUR POCKET CHANGE. Deposit your monetary donation in the plastic collection jar. It will be used to buy food from Blessings of Hope for the Manheim Central Food Pantry.
WHAT IS BLESSINGS OF HOPE?
Blessings of Hope in Lancaster is a nonprofit food distribution center. Truckloads of food arrive daily and are properly stored until sold. These are items that would otherwise end up in landfills. Churches like St. Paul’s and other nonprofits can purchase food at low per-pound prices. (To learn more, visit their website HERE.)
Want to learn more about the MC Food Pantry? Volunteer? Check out the food pantry’s website HERE.
Together, we can fight food insecurity and hunger.
